Checking Recruitment Agencies Approved by POEA

The easiest way to check if the agency that you’re using is legit or not is to check the official website of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

Instructions:

There are only two important information that you need to check if the recruitment agency that you’re applying is legit or not.

1. Status of the employment agency – This would tell you if the recruitment agency that you’re having transaction with is still in good standing.

2. License Validity– This would tell you that the recruitment agency is still active or not. Since these recruitment agencies will expire.

Be cautious of agencies that has a current status of Ceased status, Revoked or Cancelled, Preventive, Suspension, Delisted or Forever Banned. It would be risky if you have transactions with agencies that has these status on the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

Afterwards, you enter the name of the agency and click Submit.
