Passport Services
Philippine passports can be renewed at the PH Embassy in Kuwait. These PH Passports are issued by the government of the Philippines to its citizens so they may travel freely and in case of need. This law was enacted to give its citizens the protection and rights they deserve.
The State is also mandated to safeguard the integrity and credibility of all the documents and procedures related to passports and travel documents.
The Philippine consulates abroad are responsible for processing the claims of Filipinos for citizenship and for issuing a Philippine passport.
The passport is still owned by the Philippine Government. It should be surrendered to the State when it is demanded.
Filipino citizens can obtain a Philippine passport after acquiring foreign citizenship. This process can be initiated after the retaking of their Philippine citizenship.
Important: All passport services will be available at the embassy’s Salwa office starting September 12, 2021.
The passport application will still be on an appointment basis, while the passport releasing will be done on Sundays to Thursdays from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. only.
The new office space constraints at the Salwa area prompted the embassy to postpone the appointment dates of all passport applicants for September 12, 2021.

Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), only a limited number of passport applicants will be accommodated through an online appointment system in Kuwait.
