OWWA E-Card Perks and Discounts for OFWs in Kuwait

For Filipino migrant workers in Kuwait, the OWWA E-Card is more than just another ID to keep in the wallet. proves that a worker is an active OWWA member and is accepted as a government-issued ID. It also carries a permanent OWWA/OFW membership number and can be accessed digitally through the OWWA Mobile App. Other than these, it can also mean the difference between regular and cheaper padala boxes, lower clinic bills, discounted meals after work, and savings on hotel stays or travel bookings.

If you don’t have it yet, OWWA OWO-Kuwait is inviting OFWs to register for one as they are now issuing the card from October 26 to November 22, 2026 at the Alagang OWWA Event they have on schedule.
