Filipino workers in Kuwait can claim their OWWA E-Card at the Philippine Embassy Tent in Sabah Al Salem from October 26 to November 19, 2026, before the Alagang OWWA Serbisyo Caravan moves to Farwaniya on November 20 to 22.
OWWA OWO-Kuwait said the e-card issuance will run daily at the embassy tent during the nearly month-long schedule. Applicants must register online first and wait for a confirmation email before going to the venue.
The announcement also informed OFWs that the Serbisyo Caravan will then be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Farwaniya. It will occupy Al Barakah Hall on November 20–21 and Al Murjan Hall on November 22.
The schedule and registration details were announced through the official OWWA – OWO Kuwait Facebook page on October 4th, where the office also posted the registration link and QR code for applicants.
Confirmed Services
As of writing, the e-card issuance remains the main service for the October 26 to November 19 schedule. It serves as proof of active OWWA membership and is used for transactions and access to OWWA programs.
For the caravan, OWWA – OWO Kuwait has publicly confirmed that the Land Transportation Office (LTO) will be present from November 20 to 22 for driver’s license renewal. The office has yet to announce the full list of agencies and services that the OFWs can expect at the event.

Who Can Apply
The E-Card is for OFWs in Kuwait with active OWWA membership. In replies to worker inquiries, OWWA – OWO Kuwait said non-members cannot avail of the card and that applicants should be either employed or OFWs.
Workers who already have a digital OWWA E-Card through the eGov app may still register if they want the physical card, according to the office’s response to an applicant.
How to Register
Applicants may scan the QR code posted by OWWA – OWO Kuwait or use the registration link on its official Facebook page. They should provide complete and accurate details, then wait for the confirmation email containing their assigned date and time.
Confirmation emails will be sent from October 15 to 25. OWWA advised applicants to check their inbox, spam, and junk folders.

- Present a valid Philippine passport
- Present a current Kuwait Civil ID
- Prepare proof of active OWWA membership, if required
For renewals or employment-record updates, the office also cited the Kuwait Civil ID and employment contract in its public responses.
If You Miss Your Schedule
OWWA – OWO Kuwait said workers who cannot attend on their assigned caravan date may claim their E-Card at the embassy after the caravan, beginning November 23.
Those experiencing errors during online registration may seek assistance at the OWWA office, the office said in response to applicant concerns. Workers should rely only on announcements from OWWA – OWO Kuwait for updates on the caravan’s complete service lineup.
