Kuwait OFWs Urged to Check Email for Alagang OWWA Event Passes

If you registered for the Alagang OWWA caravan, check your email, as the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) has started sending Event Passes this week and will keep sending them through October 25, 2026.

The pass is your ticket to the OWWA E-Card. You’ll need to show it at the caravan venue, so wait for it before heading out. It goes to the email address you used when you registered, so if that was an old account, log in now. Passes are going out gradually, so a friend or co-worker may get theirs days before you do.

In an advisory on the OWWA OWO-Kuwait Facebook page, the office urged workers to check their Inbox, Spam, and Junk folders. The graphic, headlined “Kabayan, check your email!”, gives October 16 to 25 as the sending period.

Not just the E-Card

The caravan, formally the Alagang OWWA: Health, Wellness & Membership Serbisyo Caravan 2026, also brings other Philippine government offices to Kuwait. In a separate post, OWWA said partner agencies and organizations will bring their programs and services to OFWs at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Farwaniya.

Participating agencies include:

  • OWWA, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth
  • TESDA, DSWD, PSA, and LandBank
  • LTO, PAO, DMW, and UP VINTA
  • The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait

Services range from OWWA membership and E-Card issuance to Pag-IBIG membership and loan consultations, PhilHealth registration, PSA civil registry documents, LTO license renewals, legal counseling, and consular services with overseas voting registration. For the full list, read our complete guide to participating agencies and their services.

Pre-Registration Opens October 23

OWWA said the pre-registration link for workers who want to avail of agency services will be released on October 23, 2026. It advised OFWs to follow the OWWA OWO-Kuwait Facebook page for updates.

The advisory does not say whether this is the same registration used for the Event Pass. If you haven’t registered at all, you can still scan the QR code on the graphic (“Scan para mag-register”) or use the registration link in the post caption.

Where and When To Go

The caravan runs from October 26 to November 22, 2026. The schedule comes from the post caption, not the graphic.

  • October 26 to November 19: Philippine Embassy Tent, Sabah Al Salem
  • November 20 to 21: Al Barakah Hall, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Farwaniya
  • November 22: Al Murjan Hall, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Farwaniya

The multi-agency services are announced for the three Farwaniya days. If you have limited days off, plan ahead.

What OWWA Hasn’t Said Yet

OWWA has not released a full list of requirements per agency, venue hours, or what late registrants or workers with no pass after October 25 should do. Bring valid IDs and any documents related to the service you need, and message the office before taking time off.
