If you’ve been putting off your PhilHealth update, your SSS records, or that driver’s license renewal because you can’t take time off for a trip to the embassy, OWWA Kuwait may have just made your November easier.
Pre-registration is now open for the “Alagang OWWA: Health, Wellness, & Membership Serbisyo Caravan,” a three-day event that puts more than a dozen Philippine government agencies in one venue.

The caravan runs from November 20 to 22, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza in Farwaniya. According to the registration page, doors are open daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the schedule includes the weekend for those who can’t leave work on a weekday.
OWWA’s Overseas Workers Office in Kuwait announced the opening of pre-registration in a post on its official Facebook page. The registration page says the event is meant to support the welfare of OFWs and their families.

What the OFWs are Saying
Several commenters on the Facebook post reported problems and questions. These are unverified, and no official reply from OWWA Kuwait appeared in the comments we reviewed.
- Link trouble: Some said they couldn’t open the registration link, and one got an error while registering.
- “Not available” notices: Two commenters said OWWA and TESDA showed as unavailable from Friday to Sunday, and one asked whether OWWA was part of the event at all. The form shows the same notice for both agencies, as well as for PAO and the Embassy. OWWA Kuwait has not responded.
- Costs and documents: Some asked whether PhilHealth services, such as membership renewal, carry a fee and what to bring. Neither the post nor the form says.
- Checking your status: One user who applied earlier asked how to confirm their name is on a list. No process was provided.
- More dates: One commenter asked for a November 27 session. No extra date has been announced.
The registration form marks these agencies as not available on Friday, November 20, Saturday, November 21, and Sunday, November 22:
- Public Attorney’s Office (PAO)
- Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)
- Philippine Embassy in Kuwait
- Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)
In practice, you cannot currently select these agencies’ services whichever date you choose. OWWA Kuwait has not explained why. It could be a capacity limit, a form that hasn’t been updated, or a system issue, but that is unconfirmed. The posters still list all four as participating agencies. If you need consular services, OWWA membership or e-Card concerns, legal counseling, or TESDA services, contact OWWA Kuwait before the event and ask whether you can still avail of them.
Who Can Attend
The registration page describes the caravan as serving the Filipino community, including OFWs and their families. It does not say whether non-members or people on other visa types may join. Eligibility remains unconfirmed.
