Last December 16, Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC) opened its new and state-of-the-art Bayan Lounge at the Terminal 4 (T4) building, which is dedicated exclusively to first and business class travellers.
The inauguration of the premium Bayan Lounge was held in the presence of Directorate General of Civil Aviation’s Chairman Sheikh Salman Al-Humoud Al-Sabah together with other aviation officials.
Kuwait Airway’s Premium Lounge Opened at T4 Building
The KAC is dedicated to upgrading the services of Kuwait International Airport in order to stay breast with the latest developments and technologies, as well as in upholding Kuwait’s well-regarded international reputation, shared Sheikh Salman.
The aviation chairman thanked KAC and its entire staff for the important upgrade which they have accomplished for the national carrier’s services to travellers. He also wished further success and development for the KAC in the coming years.
Meanwhile, for his part, KAC’s Chairman Yousef Al-Jassem shared that the inauguration of the premium lounge is among the corporation’s latest series of accomplishments and is part of the corporation’s initiatives to boost its line of services.
The modern and highly efficient lounge has been constructed and completed in just 70 days through the partnership made with South Korean project contractor Incheon International Airport Corporation.
Through this crucial partnership, the KC-Incheon coordination seeks to achieve the DCGA’s goals in establishing the T4 as a role model for modern airport administrations, Jassem explained. With the launch of the premium airport lounge at the T4 building, the KAC is on its way to realizing the direction set by His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince, and His Highness the Prime Minister in improving all services to maintain the KAC’s position in the aviation industry, and to keep in step with the latest aviation in-flight entertainment.
